Description
Advantages:
Fast and effective transport: Using a crane, the bucket allows a large volume of concrete to be transported to any height in the shortest possible time, which significantly speeds up the construction process.
Precision Concrete Laying: The locking mechanism and, in many cases, the steering hose, ensure the concrete is poured precisely where it is needed. This reduces concrete wastage and keeps the construction site tidy.
An economical solution: On sites where a tower crane is already in operation, supplying concrete by skip is often more economical than hiring a specialist concrete pump.
Reliability and durability: The bay is made from thick, high-quality steel and features a simple and reliable construction, making it durable in the harsh conditions of a construction site.
Universal use: Ideal for casting any type of monolithic structure, including walls, columns, floor slabs and foundations.
Practical tips and safety:
Inspection before each use: Before attaching the shovel to the forklift, always check its structural integrity: the condition of the attachment ear, the locking mechanism and the body. Do not use a deformed or damaged shovel.
Safety rules for working with a crane: When working with a net, observe all the rules for working with lifting equipment. Use guide ropes (Tag Lines) to control the swing of the net. It is strictly forbidden to stand under a suspended load!
Do not overfill: Never fill the bin beyond its nominal capacity. Overfilling creates the risk of concrete spilling during transport and of overloading the crane.
Cleaning after use: Immediately after use, the badia must be thoroughly washed with water to remove any concrete residue. Hardened concrete will damage the locking mechanism and make it difficult to use again.
Teamwork: For effective and safe operation, good communication between the crane operator, the signaller, and the concrete receiving personnel is essential.
